Will your cleaning process damage my house or property?

No! We are very careful, we use a soft wash spray and for stubborn grime we will use a brush as well.  We also use a cleaning agent which is environmentally friendly, so we treat your property gently eliminating the risk of damage.

Will my children, pets and plants be safe from any equipment used in this process?

Certainly! Our chemicals are very dilute, it is the special ingredients in our chemicals which make them break down grime/algae before the detergent removes the rest. This is safe on plants and nature, and will certainly not harm your children or pets.

Do I need to be at home when my property is cleaned?

No. If we need to do internal work we can arrange a time to collect the house key. All our staff at Aquarius can be trusted, and we guarantee a professional and reliable service.

Is it better to clean my property in winter?

After winter, a house will be easier to clean as the grime and algae will have softened with the rain. However, cleaning in summer is still possible, and we at Aquarius know when to use which products to achieve great results.

How often should I get my property cleaned?

Properties are recommended to be cleaned at least once a year. Properties with lots of nature, bush and construction sites around need to be cleaned more regularly to avoid permanent stains and damage.

Yes we do guarantee our work, if you are not happy we are not happy! 

When and how do I pay?

For large jobs a deposit may be required. We accept cash, Internet Banking & bank deposits. For most cases the payment will be made once the job has been completed.
